Chicken Breast and Stuffing
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups boiling water
4 tbsp. butter, melted
6 boneless chicken breast halves
4 cups cubed herb seasoned stuffing
paprika
1/3 cup milk
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
Preparation:
Mix butter and water, add the stuffing. Mix lightly.
Spoon stuffing along middle of a 3 quart shallow baking dish.
Arrange the chicken on each side of the stuffing. Sprinkle with paprika.
Mix soup, milk and parsley and pour mixture over the chicken. Cover, then bake at 400°F. for 30 minutes or until done.
