Herb Roasted Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breast halves
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup
4 cups hot cooked rice
Preparation:
Mix the flour, sage and thyme, then coat the chicken with the mixture.
Melt the butter in a skillet, add the chicken and cook for 15 minutes. Remove and keep warm.
Add the soup and water to the skillet, heating thoroughly. Serve over the chicken with rice.
