Chicken Casserole 2
Ingredients:
1 small chopped onion
1 small can chopped green chiles
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 ounce) box Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
Grated Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips
Preparation:
Mix the first five ingredients and heat until cheese melts.
Add the chicken. Stir and set aside.
Place the tortilla chips in a single layer in a 9x12 casserole dish. Pour the chicken/soup mixture over the chips. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until heted through.
