Chicken Corn Bread Casserole
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups cooked, coarsely chopped chicken
4 cups crumbled corn bread
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 (13 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation:
Combine corn bread crumbs with celery, pepper, onion, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. Place half of the corn bread mixture in a 2 qt
baking dish. Spreadchicken on top. Combine soup and broth and pour over the chicken. Put the rest of the corn bread mixture on top. Press down lightly and set aside for 20 minutes.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
