Crock Pot Chicken and Bacon
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
salt and pepper to taste
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 tablespoon flour
4 oz pimentos (small jar)
cooked rice
Directions:
Wrap one slice of bacon around each chicken breast.
Add salt and pepper to each breast then place in the bottom of the crock pot.
In a bowl, mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 oz. sour cream, pimentos and flour.
Pour over chicken, cook on high 6 or 7 hours.
Serve over rice.
