Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken
Ingredients:
6 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, halved
2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 cans pineapple slices, drained
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 envelope stir-fry chicken seasoning blend
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in the crock pot (except chicken) and blend well.
Add the chicken and coat with mixture.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 hours.
