Mexican Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
10 ounces Hot Sauce -
1/2 cup Margarine -- melted
1/4 cup Catsup -
1 teaspoon Chili Powder -
1 teaspoon Ground Cumin seed -
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder -
5 pounds Large chicken wings -- split or not, tips cut off
Preparation:
Combine hot sauce margarine,catsup & spices and heat, stirring frequently.
Fry wings at 365 until crispy, about 6-9 minutes.
Drain well. Toss the wings in hot sauce mixture.
