Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
2 Chicken breasts, halved
1 cup Fresh bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp Ground ginger
1/3 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly grease a medium size shallow baking dish. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
In a shallow pan, combine the bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and ginger.
Dip the chicken in yogurt, then into the crumb mixture. Place chicken into prepared dish.
Bake uncovered 45 minutes (or until tender).
