Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Bread crumbs
Egg wash (2 eggs and milk, blended)
Olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Wash and dry the chicken breasts. Dip in the egg and milk mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
Brown the chicken in a small amount of olive oil.
Place into a baking dish and top each chicken breast with slice of Mozzarella cheese.
Mix garlic, whipping cream and Parmesan then pour over the chicken.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve with cooked pasta.
