Chicken Crock Pot Recipe
Crock Pot Chicken
Ingredients:
1 (2 to 3 pound) chicken (whole)
salt and pepper added to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation:
Take three pieces of aluminum foil and create 3 to 4 inch balls. Place in bottom of crock pot.
Rinse the chicken under cold running water. Dry by patting with paper towels. Season with the salt, pepper and paprika, and place in the crcok pot on top of the crumbled aluminum foil.
Set the crock pot to High for 1 hour then turn down to Low for about 8 hours, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
