Easy Chicken Leg Recipe
Ingredients:
10 chicken legs
1 cup melted butter
2 cups dry potato flakes
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Place melted butter in a shallow dish, then place potato flakes in a separate shallow dish .
Roll chicken pieces in the butter first, then in the potato flakes.
Place the coated chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish, with the skin side up.
Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
