Ingredients:
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans water
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup diced carrots
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp crushed dried thyme leaves
2 cups cooked diced chicken
1 cup medium egg noodles
Instructions:
In a 3 quart saucepan combine the broth, water, celery, carrot, onion, parsley, poultry seasoning and thyme.
Over medium heat, heat to boiling, stirring occasionally then reduce the heat to low.
Cover and cook 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add chicken and noodles, cook an additional 2 minutes.
