Chicken Quesadilla Recipe
Chicken Quesadillas
Ingredients:
1 cup fajita chicken strips
2 cups colby-monterey jack cheese
4 large flour tortillas
4 tablespoons soft margarine
6 ounces sour cream (optional)
Preparation:
Heat a large frying pan.
Lay out tortilla, then spread cheese and cut up chicken strips on half of the tortilla.
Fold , then butter one side. Put on warmed skillet (butter side down) then butter the other side.
Cook on each side until lightly browned and cheese is melted. Spread the sour cream on top before serving.
