Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients:
4 oz. Spaghetti
2 C. cubed cooked chicken
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 C. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1/2 C. Milk
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. shredded American cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Break the spaghetti in half then cook according to the package directions. Drain when done.
In a large saucepan cook the onion and garlic. Blend in the flour.
Add undrained tomatoes, soup, and milk, then cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Add shredded American cheese; stirring until melted. Add cooked spaghetti ,cubed chicken and thawed peas.
Place into a 2 1/2 quart casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese, then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
