Teriyaki Chicken Recipe
Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Preparation:
Mix all marinade ingredients in a shallow dish.
Place chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for 1 1/2 hours.
Preheat broiler. Broil the chicken 5 inches from heat for about 15 minutes, turning and basting with marinade often.
